Media
At Anna Heights we strive for excellence in everything that we do because we realize that we represent our God, who doesn't do anything half-heartedly. One of the areas in which this is our goal is our media ministry. The purpose of our media ministry is to facilitate the opportunity to present The Gospel to all people through a variety of media forms and to enhance/expand the worship experience for all worshippers.
Current responsibilities of the Media Ministry at AHBC include:
House Sound-The sound system is a vital part of any worship service or special event.
House Video-Video provides visual information for use during worship including song lyrics, sermon notes, images, and videos during services.
CD Duplication-Each week, our Sunday 10:30am service is recorded to CD and made available to those wanting it. A CD is regularly provided to shut-ins, military personnel away from home, college students at school, and our extended church family, if requested. We also provide a CD, as a gift from our church, to all first-time visitors to our worship services. Special church events may also be recorded for personal use.
Future plans for the Media Ministry at AHBC include:
House and Stage Lighting-This is another important resource for any worship or special event. Enhanced lighting helps provide an atmosphere conducive to personal worship.
Live Video-This will allow “live” camera coverage of the worship service and other special activities throughout the facility.
DVD Duplication-A product of “live” video is the ability to produce video disks, or DVD’s for distribution.
On-Air and Technology Broadcast-The ability to broadcast our services on the local radio station or by using MP3 or streaming technology on the internet, will greatly expand our reach to the world.
